My Home Is NOT For Sale! Land Grab Attempt Will Fail!

It seems "the powers that be" are trying to shut "Ole Jim" up. Let me explain what's
happening.
Last Monday my power was shut off, AMEREN/CIPS claims my little house is using $700.00 a
month! Guess what, I already ran a survey in my neighborhood, a house of 6 has a bill
of about $175.00 a month! Only two people live in my home, and my home is smaller than the one
with a $175.00 a month bill! Get your tails over here and check this meter, do your job!
Through fellow Patriots, I was able to get the power turned on for 30 days!
The next day my mother gets a notice to pay $64.97 to States Attorney Charles "Chuck" Garnati
for a check that "bounced" February 13, 2006! Coincidental? Why did the bank let
the check wait so damn long? My Mother is 86 and legally blind, stroke victim, multiple heart
surgeries, at the bottom of Garnati's letter, he threatens my Mom with Jail! The check that
bounced was a lousy $14.97, and a $50.00 fine was levied on her. Hey Garnati, why not go after
the criminals instead of blind old women, you tough guy!
The next day I get a letter from AMEREN/CIPS, demanding a $471.00 "Deposit" due when the 30
days are up, on top of the $1400.00!! All this by coincidence??
It's obvious what is going on, isn't it.
I was just in the bank on a Monday, I would have covered this check, nobody mentioned it to me,
the timing of this is very fishy. I sometimes wish my Mother had NOT paid you, send an 86 year
old blind woman, a World War II Veteran's Widow to jail?
I'm just getting this out in the open. This is my land, this is my home. It's everything my
folks worked for, and if you think I'm gonna lay down and let them take this place when
THEY committed the crime--you got another think coming! This home will stay in the family, my
family.
All the events happening in a short period of time is an attempt to shut me up. I have been
standing up to the system since 1984, and I plan on defending my Constitutional Rights until the
day I die! The more you try to intimidate me, the more others will know about this.
April 24, 2006 Update!
On April 24, 2006, I receive 2 complaints. One is from The Carterville Water Department,
claiming 2 people in my home used a whopping 4320 gallons of water! A plumber checked my home
and there is no water break anywhere, no leaking toilet, faucets., etc.
To Make matters worse, I also receive a letter from The Carterville Police Department, I do not
have a "trashy yard", so I am still trying to figure out what all this is about. Check this
complaint out below!
Mr. Davis, I want to know who made these complaints. Whoever made these complaints lied to a
public official! I have people ready to go to court and swear under oath that this yard is always
in good shape. It's much cleaner than many Aldermen/City Council Members yards, in fact, it's
much cleaner than your own!
I'd honestly like to challenge you in court, I want to see your "growing number of complaints"
list. I don't bother you people, why do you go out of the way to bother me? By the way, it's a
known fact I am proud of our Police Department. I've never in my life had any problems with the
law. I have stated repeatedly, of how fortunate we were to have a group of officers in our
community (minus a few that should have been fired (and were fired) years ago for being
incompetent bullies.) I always felt comfortable going into the police department, but anymore I
can't say that and be truthful. I walked in there today and had a good talk with Police Chief
Monty Jeralds. I pointed out another piece of property that a worker for the city owned that has
high grass, a broken foundation of a pre-existing home. I was just making a point, doesn't the
law apply the same to everyone?
Bottom line, I am seeking legal assistance from the Patriot Community to help me stop this
harassment. I will be posting pictures of my yard tomorrow so you can see this is pure
intimidation, and in my opinion, it's a clear cut "Land Grab", like I said
earlier, this is my home, this was my dad's home, this is my mom's home, and it will remain my
home. The property is not for sale, so turn up your hearing aids so you'll hear this real clear,
